My Beautiful Girl

So, as most of you know by now I'm having a baby girl! But sadly other than facebook I'm not really able to post pictures from a phone, however, today I'm at Grandma's house so I totally can! Here are Helen's (that's going to be her name) ultrasound photos. Isn't she just gorgeous? Well okay, I might be a bit biased... Oh and sorry the pics are a bit slanty, the paper they print the ultrasounds on isn't very convenient to scan.

A grand best friend

I'm sorry it's taken me so very long to update, that's what happens when you're posting from an iPhone I guess. Anyways, seeing as tomorrow is the 29th, and the birthday of my very best gal pal, I thought it a great time to pay her some birthday tribute. Here's to Amy, the most awesome, witty, beautiful, intelligent 21 year old out there. Thank you Amy for always being there for me when I've needed you, for being my friend when I felt alone. Thank you for the laughs and the hours of flat out silliness we've shared throughout the years. Thank you for all those summers of late nights and secret chef parties, or pretending to be spies with me. But thanks of all Amy, for just being you! I hope that your birthday will be the best yet! Once upon an earwig....

Much to our dismay, Anthony and I found out that one window in our office and one in our bedroom had been put in incorrectly. With two large gaps as their passage they came....lots and lots of earwigs. So we plugged the holes with shirts dipped in alcohol, sprayed bug spray all about, and set off for the couches. However, this was highly uncomfortable, so at 1 in the morning we set off for the Residence Inn. Alas there was no room at the inn, for it was graduation! At long last we found lodge at the Courtyard Marriott, where we slept peacefully until we had to go to work. The end.
